Las leg for the club of my Swedish friend OK Älvsjö Örby. Restart at 09:30, so a lot of people arround me. To first control I had trouble to keep map contact with all the npeople arround me, so O decided to go out to the track for a save attack. To control 21 I climned up one marsh to early. Map doen´t fit so I went to the track to relocate.

Last of 3 head to head sprints. Like the races before the route choices were in the beginning were people don´t like to take the risk to lose the group.

Control picking without marks. Run together with Paul. At conttrol 3 we were at the wrong place, so we had trouble with control 4. A few of the alst controls were in green areqa and could not be reached.

Mainly track based training on very old map. Lost direction on the way to 3rd control. Maybe we should have taken a compass with us.

All controls night-O in Munich Olympic Park. Big fun. Haven´t seen the control northeast at the beginning so run unnecessary long, and without other competitors for the most time.
